Biography

For more than 7 years I have dedicated myself to being a full time real estate agent. In this time I have accumulated extensive knowledge about the real estate business as a whole including benefits for investing, strategic planning, financing options, negotiating skills, specific areas and buildings around Toronto and much more. My passion evolved from the many different areas and lifestyles that Toronto has to offer. My extensive knowledge of the Toronto market has come from living in the city for over 20 years. I have always been interested in custom homes and creative designs for space and found myself at every open house around. I realized very quickly the characteristics of what makes a good property and what it takes to sell. I have a keen eye and can see beyond what most people see. My previous experience in the management business where I held positions in marketing, customer service, business development and sales with a worldwide corporation together with my passion for real estate makes me a very successful real estate professional. Being able to analyze the needs of my clients and going the extra mile to make sure my clients get the home of their dreams makes my job very satisfying.
 
I am a devoted member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association. I am also very proud to be a part of Coldwell Banker, a leading international real estate company founded in 1906 that now has almost 4000 offices and over 100,000 agents worldwide. Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty downtown office was ranked as the number one office of its size in Canada in 2001 through to 2007. In 2002, 2003 and 2005 I received the Canadian Diamond Winner Award, International Sterling Award. In 2004 & 2006 I proudly received Coldwell Banker's President Circle award for top agent performance. My best performance yet was achieved in 2007, when I was awarded the President's Elite award for achieving more than 55 Sales transactions in '07 and selling more than 22 Million dollars worth of Real Estate. This put me at a level of the top 3% worldwide for sales in real estate.

My specialization is in downtown and central Toronto Condos and lofts, but I also sell homes in most parts of the greater Toronto area.
