In 1992 from a Church Manse, builder Bob Mitchell created the Hepbourne Hall. A very innovative design that houses only 20 units and located just west of Dovercourt and just south of Bloor Street West. A variety of suites can be found in this gothic structure ranging in size from 550 square feet to just over 2200 square feet. Prices range from $350 to $400 a square foot. The lofts are multi level and many having more than one bedroom. Ceilings are typically 12 feet high and hardwood floors are found throughout the units. Many of the lofts have walk outs to decks or patios and parking is underground. Due to very few building facilities and no concierge, maintenance fees are low.
