Located just off Queen Street West at Brock Street in Parkdale, Noble Court is an affordable loft complex. Suites range in size from 460 square feet to 1200 square feet and prices run at $260 per square foot. As an excellent mill style loft, you can find features such as 10 foot high ceilings, exposed brick, massive timber columns and beams and hardwood floors. Maintenance fees are about 30 cents a square foot plus utilities. There are 20 parking spaces available for the building but work on a first come first serve basis. 24 Noble is very popular choice for great loft living especially for its reasonable price.
