This loft complex in King West Village is not an original loft building but a newer building built with the loft style in mind. All units are two level units with one bedroom, one bedroom plus den or two bedrooms. You can find loft features such as concrete walls and ceilings, exposed columns, large windows, cathedral ceilings and most units have walkout balconies. There is an exercise room and an enter-phone security system. Prices run around $400 a square foot and maintenance fees are 0.40 cents a square foot including heat, hydro, water and building insurance. A great way to get loft style living at a lower price.
